Over two months, dozens of phone calls, and I am still waiting for the full refund.  I ordered new appliances on Sears.com at the end of the year.  It turns out the max width on the stove was greater than the online specifications noted and the dishwasher could not be side mounted.  It took several painful phone calls to get someone to come and pick them up.  I was first told I wouldn't be charged, then later on that I'd just have to pay a $70 fee.  Then I waited and waited, finally calling Sears credit who said they would file a dispute on my behalf.  After about 60 days, I got an email saying a credit (for most of what I paid) had been issued to my account.  It turns out I had been charged a restocking fee.  Now I am told it will be another 10 business days ... I guess we'll see.
