    customer service is really bad, shipping can be pricey, All around run-around, doesn't stand behind their advertisement

What can I say about Sears?  It's just not somewhere I go when I think about getting high quality items.  They are very pricey when it comes to comparison shopping, I would find the same item in 3 department stores and Sears would be the highest by far.  I cannot say too much for their customer service either.  If you expect associates who stand behind their products and know the products, do even bother with Sears.  You better know what you want before you even go there.  Their rebates are a pain (why can't they just give you that amount off the price of your item when you purchase it, instead of making you play their game).  The only way I would shop there is if their price happened to be the cheapest for exactly what I already knew I wanted.
