I love this program. I have been able to take back 3 pairs of pants that my son has put holes in the knees and everytime Sears has been great. They ask no questions and ring up the jeans with no problems. As long as you get the same size and brand there is absolutely no problems. Plus this doesn't cost a penney to have. All you have to do is ask and give them your phone number and address the first time.This is such a great program. Well worth it. If your kids are hard on clothes this progrm is for you.
