I recently purchased a Horizon elliptical on sears.com. I did my homework on the product and the site before I made my purchase. I have no complaints about sears.com. The website is easy to navigate. The search feature is accurate. Sears.com includes numerous customer reviews which helped me to decide which elliptical to purchase. Sears.com provides lengthy detail about each product. This website has online exclusive deals which is one of the reasons why I decided to make my purchase online rather than in store. I purchased the elliptical online for $100 cheaper than the in store price. I purchased the elliptical on line and decided to go with store pickup. The elliptical was available for pickup at several stores in my area. I chose a store less than 5 miles from my home. Within a few hours of ordering I received an e-mail that stated I could pickup the elliptical the next day. Less than 24 hours later I drove to sears, scanned the print out of my order at the pickup kiosk and had my elliptical in my van and was ready to go home and assemble it. I will definitely use sears.com again and I recommend it to everyone.
