I purchased an item online at Sears.com.  When it arrived it was incorrect, so we took it back to the store, as it said we could on the bill of sale.  The store refused to take it back - even though there were instructions spelled out for them on the bill of sale of how to- because they said they didn't "carry" that particular item.  Now, as I sit here, I am on the phone with a customer service rep who dares tell me I have to pay the shipping to return this item when it was clearly the stores fault. Let it be known the nearest Sears store is over an hour away and we took time to drive there and wait 25 minutes in line just to return this particular item.  What a crock!  No more Sears!
