Be careful when choosing your portrait packages!

Sears Portrait Studio —

I had my son's portraits taken at Sears in Hicksville, NY. I chose a package based on advice and answers to my questions from the photographer. When I picked up the portraits, a different person was working. As I reviewed the photos, I said there is a mistake- I am missing this one, and I pointed to my order form, with the photos shown that I ordered, She told me that the photographer made a mistake and I could still order the photo for an extra $20.She said he should not have told me that photo would be included with my coupon for a free portrait. I did not think I should pay for something I was told would be included. I am waiting to hear from Sears- I hope they will contact me. If not, I will be contacting them again

read your coupon. additional sheets outside of an advertised package are 19.99

FYI, I work at a Sears Portrait Studio....in this case, if it was on the order form that it said you had ordered it, you should receive it at NO PRICE if it was on the order form.

The only way you should pay the $19.99 for the photo is if it was never originally ordered.

I would speak with the manager directly about this...just explain the situation and they should understand.
