Takes extremely long to finish washing on the regular cycle. We use the one hour cycle which cleans the dishes very well. The first time we used it we didn't think it was ever going to be done washing. When we switched to the other cycle we found it to be more tolerable. Nice dishwasher. Make sure you really want a portable before purchasing. We had new kitchen cupboards put in a few years ago and I wanted a built in dishwasher - however, it would have been a huge remodeling project because of the way my new cupboards were built. We opted for the portable because we didn't really have a choice. Price is MUCH more than a built in dishwasher but it works adequately. Noise Level Kind of noisy but tolerable for the one hour cycle. Cleaning Time Again - the one hour cycle does a very very very good job. The regular cycle is very very very long and we find it's not necessary. The first time we used it we didn't think it was ever going to end. So we switched to the one hour cycle and it works great. Design The design is fine - just make sure you want a portable. Takes up some extra space in your kitchen and since it hooks up to the sink it tends to get in the way while it is going through it's cycles.
