I ask you to experiment one time, call Sears and ask for Miracle Ear. I believe Miracle Ear Is exclusive to Sears, but it is not recognized as one of the choices. One day I was so cotton-pickin' frustrated trying to reach Miracle Ear at the Sears in Lakeside Mall, that I left work and drove over to the store so I could make an appointment to have my Miracle Ears cleaned and adjusted. Just a bit inconvenient!!! Sensing my irritation (red face, huffing, puffing, foot stomping, etc ), they gave me their direct number.
Here's a sample of a "conversation" between me and the phone:
ME: Miracle Ear
PHONE: Okay, Parts and Repair.
ME: No, Miracle Ear.
PHONE: That's 900-900-0000; Is that correct?
ME: No, Miracle Ear!
PHONE: Okay, I'll connect you to Store Locator then ask for Service Center.
ME: NO!!! MIRACLE EAR!!!
It would be funny If It weren't so maddening. Remember the first Impression lasts the longest.
