We had Sears install a new furnace and air conditioner in our home.  The salesman was nice enough but I didn't really like the high pressure of having to make our decision the day he was there.  We had it installed and all went well, but  a month later there is water on the floor by the furnace and we then started having problems getting someone out to check out the problem.  The numbers on the business card the salesman gave us no longer work (that worries me).  We finally got through to someone at Sears and they said they would send someone out.  Of course no one came, so we had to contact them again and again.  Then when whoever it was called to set up an appointment, they were rather rude.  The repair person finally came and is claiming that the water is coming from the water heater!  Well the water heater is no by the furnace and we have seen the water dripping from the furnace, so we are not satisfied with what he told us.  Don't know what to do now....so hard to get good after-the-sale help these days.  Wish we had worked with a local heating person.
