Sears Home Appliance Warranty Service Review

Bought a Fridgidaire Freezer/Refrigerator.  33 days later, it quit.  Took a week to get someone out to look at it.  He determined that the control unit was bad, and of course, had to order the part.  He scheduled a repair for a week later, but because the unit was on back order, we had to cancel.  A week later the part arrives and I call to schedule the actual install.  And, I'm told I have to wait ANOTHER week.  So, I'm w/o a freezer for almost a month.

I grew up in a household that bought a lot of stuff @ Sears.  Never again.  Would I recommend them to a friend?  I wish viewpoints had a "HELL NO" option besides just yes or no!
