    the absolute worst telephone system

Sears has been a staple in our family for a very long time. We buy our appliances there and have always been happy with the service dept. BUT i must say the customer service call center is absolutely horrible.  The people don't speak ENGLISH...they don't listen and they hang up if you get frustrtated with them in the least.  I spent about an hour trying to get someone to speak to me about my dryer light.  I was hung up on twice!  All I wanted was to be transferred to the repair dept. 

I hope the call center falls off the face of the earth!  then maybe you will open another one here in AMERICA...????
