I called the Sears repair line today to set up an appointment for a repair man to come out and install a new part I had bought for my cooktop stove. I had cracked the top and wanted to replace just that piece. The part came in and I called to set up an appointment to have someone come out. It was awlful. First, you have to answer about a hundred questions to this voice (what happened to true customer service??), then when you FINALLY get a person, they transfer you, then that person transfers you, and then that person transfers you and then you get hung up on!!! I was so frustrated that I gave up!!! I will get my cooktop replaced by a person who answers the phone!!
