SERVICE PLANS NOT WORTH THE $$$

    Sears Home Service Warranty, SEARS SUCKS, hard to get service after sale, long wait for help, absolutely atrocious sevice!

Sears Home Appliance Warranty Service — 

My grill stopped working, again, after only having it for 18 months. I called Sears, made an appt, took the day off work, and they never showed up. I called back again and now it's going to be another 2 weeks before anyone can come out to fix it. I will never buy anythign frm Sears again, they are horrible and do not care about their customers.  I also bought a camerra from them, went on vacation, took  pics which came out horrible, went to retunr the camera only to be charged a 15% restocking fee. WHAT THE?? I kept reminding the rep and the manager that the pics came out bad, they wanted me to prove it to them by bringing in some pics, WHAT?? Are you kidding me?? Please tell your famil and friends, do not shop at Sears, their quality has sunk to that of KMART....Match made in Heaven I guess.
