I too went to sears dental in fox vallley mall, aurora.  they sold me $12 flouride toothpaste and $25 mouthwash supposedly necessary and not available anywhere else but there so i had to keep getting it from them.  from one visit to another (3 mos later) they told me that i had an… read full review »

I can say without hesitation that I will never darken the door of the Sears Dental Practice in Aurora, Illinois ever again.  It's been nearly a year since my first and only visit, and it still angers me to think about how terrible the experience was. I had problems with just about everything they did! — They made apartial for me & didnt seem to fit rgt I was told I just need to get use to them , well never did so they made me a new one they didnt fit.Then they saw a couple of white spots on my gums & wanted me to go see some Specialist (that Im sure was a friend of the DDS..I never went..) Time for cleaning? They did the 1st time & then went back for my annual & they said they couldnt do it because of receeding gums???
