I have never had a problem with the Sears credit card when I had one.  I had it for over 10 years without issues.  I actually miss having one.  The interest rate was extremely high though.  But they never double billed me or overcharged me.  When I had a return, it was always credited back to my account in a timely manner.  I don't know what else to say.  It was easy to shop Sears online more so than going to the store.  There are no local stores near me so we had to drive 30 miles to get to one.  That is pretty much all I have to say about this store.
