The clerk knew nothing about women's undershirts: did not ask what they were or looked like, whether Sears carried them (and they do), didn't even volunteer to walk with me to check it out.
I explained that my mother in law is 95 years old; the undershirts were sleeveless and cotton; they were purchased at Sears a few years ago; my sister in law found 2 undershirts in the Marion, OH Sears store. I thought my store would be carrying them also. The clerk kept shaking her head.
She was not helpful.
I used to work for Sears in Ladies Lingerie and we assisted everyone who came into the department; however, that was over 25 years ago. Has Sears changed that much in service attitude in 25 years?
