The Sears store in Alton, IL is great. I have not had a bad time while shopping there. All of the associates that I have had the pleasure of dealing with have been superb. They are very knowledgable and friendly. The electronics salesman even called me at home when they had the sale I was looking for. Not too much to gripe about.

Pros---great staff, good prices, great selection.

Cons----NO VIDEOGAMES sold at this location, tool salespeople could use more hands on training, more baby items needed.

This December shopping has been good at Alton Sears. The sales associates are doing great with being friendly and the checkout process has been fast. Thanks Sears! P.S. my friend emailed me that Sears gives back to military personal by holding their jobs longer than required when called to duty and continuing benefits & supplimenting their payroll to equal what they made at Sears. This is awesome!
