Shopping for a booster in the childrens department in Fairview Heights was a particularily pleasing experience.  A certain african american saleswoman really went above and beyond to help me.  A display item was out of stock so the saleswoman helped me place to order on their online kiosk with no shipping and handling.  Way to go!  Now that is customer service with a smile.  Very pleasing experience. The item I ordered was a graco booster car seat.

Today I traveled high & low to find a brick & mortor who could give me a great deal on a new refrigerator, the Samsung RFG297AAPN.

Lowes advertised it at $2698. I took the add to Sears and they matched the price and gave me an additional $36 off the price difference to get me to buy from them. An added

bonus was a rebate from Sears to give me free delivery, setup & haul away of my broken refrigerator.
