We purchased a Sealy Posturepedic Euro Pillow Top Mattress Set in 2004. The mattress bowed out on the side after 3 years, and was replaced by Sealy in 2007. After 15 months, the fabric on the sides of the mattress are fraying, where the binding was not properly sewn on at the factory. Our retailer contacted Sealy, and sent pictures of the frayed fabric. The Sealy representative said that they will not replace the mattress, as it's been over 6 months since delivery. Frayed fabric is NOT covered under their warranty.
