Sealy Posturepedic True Form Memory Mattress —

For my next mattress I decided to try out the memory foams. After a lot of sleuthing, I settled upon buying Sealy's Posturepedic TrueForm Cool Springs (Full size). For the first month or so, it was fantastic. Soon, however, the center began to lose its firmness. I didn't think of it as I figured it was normal for any mattress to break in a bit. After three months I experienced for the first time in my life constant lower back. I attributed to my new job where I was probably not sitting straight in front of the computer. This continued for another two months until on a lark I begin sleeping on my futon. Within days my back got better.

I completed and submitted their involved claim form including photos to Sealy that my hip section would sink 6-8 inches. They rejected it outright. I swallowed the financial loss and went out to buy another mattress the following next weekend I went to get a competitor's coil mattress and my back is doing much better. After this experience I will never ever trust Sealy nor ever purchase a memory foam. Caveat Emptor!
