Our Sealy posturpedic set has a box spring that is very noisy. In August 2008, when we had the set 8 months we filed a complaint with Sealy (the store we bought it from had gone out of business). The response we got was a generic letter explaining about body impressions in the mattress. I responded in Sept 2008 with a letter again complaining about our noisy box spring, not the mattress. I have also called and left messages for someone to return my calls. As of yet-Dec 29, 2008 I have had no response from Sealy. Their customer service sucks and the box springs are not made of quality materials if they don't even last a year. The set is supposed to be under warranty but obviously Sealy does not respect the warranty or stand behind their claims of 'customer satisfaction'.
