3 star rating

fun loving, Every day computer user
Pros

feel well-rested, it's super comfy, Sleeps great for the first year

Cons
not sturdy enough, they need to make them, more sturdy, Needs Extra Deep Sheets, lasted less than 5 years, You can't prevent uneven wear, Just doesn't last for the price

Sealy Pillowtop Mattress —

When I finally decided to make the change to a pillow top, it had to be sealy. When it was first delivered and set up. I layed down for a test nap. It was like laying on a sheet full of clouds. For the  next year I got some of the best sleep time I ever had. Every few month I would either spin or flip the matress. In year number two I started to notice that I would wake up in the night feeling like I was laying in a pit. Then I started to notice a hump in the middle of the bed where the box spring set meet.  I tried spinning and flipping again but found impossible to get rid of the hump. I tried sleeping in different positions, but kept finding myself back into the pit, and the back aches started. I since replaced the bed and am sleeping fine again. I think the bed should have lasted more than two years. I now have the memory foam matress and sleeping wonderfully again. I'll let you know how it goes.

The hump in the middle is a very familiar look. After paying for the top of the line pillow top we were very disappointed with the look of the made up bed. I flipped the mattress on schedule (no easy task) and still it humped in the middle and sagged where the body lays. The lower back contiued to ache every morning. Resulting in its removal to the guest room and the return to our old SOMA water tube bed for a non aching morning back.
