Cons

lasted less than 5 years, says lifetime warranty but not accepted

we used this mattress for about 3 to 4 years. for the first year it seemed comfortable but then we were waking up with stiff backs. after 4 years something inside broke and you could hear it rattle around. then it would also cave in the middle so we would both eventually smash into each other. then the headaches and backaches were just too much. when i called to see about the 10 year warranty i was not really given any help. they just said to return it to the store we bought it from. the store we bought it from was told they could refund the mattress but they would not receive any credit from sealy. so loose interpretation was the 10 year warranty was fine with them as long as someone else was refunding the money. being that we work hard for our money, we could not see doing that to a company that was just the middle man. so the mattress is sitting on the pool table in the garage until we can order a bin to toss it out and we are now in heaven on our sleep number bed!
