6 month old mattress and back problems encountered!

I believe in honesty, looking for durability, interested in comfort, budget conscious

We had our mattress purchased/delivered by Macy's in mid May 2008. Now it is December 2008, almost 7 months later.

When we first got the mattress, we had no issues with it. We tested it out extensively in the stores (as well as many other mattresses). However, a few months ago, I noticed a dip on my husband's side of the bed (he is 6'1, approximately 275 pounds plus). I thought the dip was due to his size - double the size of me almost. I knew we had an issue when I started to feel the dips on my side of the bed as well.
