I like the drive. Just make sure to keep the pamphlet that came with it. Or as they call it the manual. It has a little serial number for the software that is on the drive itself. Works pretty much like any other USB hard drive so Plug it in and go. Nothing too surprising. We got this after our last computer hard drive crashed and we lost everything! So far, the backup part of this drive has been simple. I don't like the fact that if you want the auto backup program, you have to purchase it after your free trial. We have not tried a restore… read full review »
