I was a bit disappointed when the scanner I ordered was discontinued. I told them to cancel my order and I had to start my search again for another scanner. From any other company you would get a confirmation back saying your order has been refunded - I got back an email saying they had 170 of the refurbished version of the model I ordered! They also gave me the hardware replacement! I felt this is unique and was happy when my brother recommended them to me!

Placing orders online was a big no no for me. I didn't like the idea of my credit card info being on a strange company's website. When I called their phone number I was pleased with how quickly someone picked up my call. I understand not every company can take an order over the phone but then again not every company can get my order! I spoke with Rich and he explained they couldn't take my order over the phone, I really felt they had a good price and I explained my concerns. He told me about paypal and how their company accepts payments without seeing my credit card number and that it was safer for both seller and buyer! Totally awesome and I was able to place my order online safely.

I live on the East Coast and its nice to have a supplier available where I can reach a human being within 10 seconds of calling a company. That alone makes me happy - but to be able to get my orders within 1-3 business days makes me a repeat customer!
