Scruples White Tea Shampoo is the BEST shampoo I have found for my color treated lifeless hair.  I have the type of hair that just lies there. I could take the time to wash it, blow dry it and set it and 30 minutes later it would look like it was laying right upside my head with no body whatsoever. This shampoo actually cleans exceptionally well, rinses easily,gives my hair a bit of a lift and actually helps it hold its style. My hair is so soft and manageable afterwards. And, it is PHOSPHATE FREE! My hairdresser tells me that is the best thing for your hair (any hair type). He tells me that phosphates strips your hair. Scruples is a brand that is family owned and is a little hard to find.  I purchase it on line - there are a few different websites you can purchase it through.  But, there are salons that sell it. One 16 ounce bottle lasts me at least four to five months.  I can not recommend this shampoo enough!  It sure has made a difference in my hair.
