After 14 days , your bathroom should be clean. Ummm yeah right!!!  it won't clean the shower period so don't waste money on it. This item is really just blah. I don't like the fact that the cleaner takes up so much space - I have a simple shower stall and I use an over the shower head storage unit. Even the add on that comes with this item doesn't provide enough storage. The product doesn't smell good, and it really doesn't get spray to all of the shower.  Finally, I'm not sure exactly how much cleaning gets done simply by the product dripping down the walls and pooling up at the bottom of the shower.… read full review »

I just bought the Automatic Scrubbing Bubbles shower cleaner and have been very excited to use it everyday.  This product will keep your shower clean, so if you are not a fan of maintaining shower cleanliness, I would recommend this.  The product description tells you to either start with a clean shower (I did) or if you start with a dirty shower it will take 2 weeks to achieve the same cleanliness.  I have a window in my shower and started noticing mildew stains in the corner of it so this prompted my purchase of the Automatic Scrubbing Bubbles set.  The cleaner has… read full review »

I got the Scrubbing Bubbles shower cleaner last January (2007).  It worked OK, but I was not very impressed as far as the cleaning, but it did save me a lot of work - we have very hard water, and I do not think anything will keep the silly thing completely clean.  Anyway, after several months of daily use and several battery changes, it died.  Would not turn on, etc.  I called the 800 number - no problem.  They were sympathetic, and sent me a coupon for a new, free unit.  Great.  Several months later, the same thing happened - fresh batteries, machine no… read full review »

I completely remodeled one of my bathrooms, replacing a tub with a very beautiful tile walk-in shower. This is great stuff.  I love a clean shower but i HATE to scrub!  We have a high calcium content in the water- i use this cleaner after every shower as i get out.  i even use a spray bottle to spritz myself with bathoil as i get out... my shower is never slippery or gooey because this cleaner eats it right up!  I can tell it works because the other bathroom (though i have another unit in that shower) is used by the rest of the family who rarely remember to push the little button... my shower is sparkley clean.  Theirs- not so much.  The one problem is that there… read full review »

About three weeks ago I purchased the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner from my local grocery store. I thought this would be a great thing to have. However after a while I was very disappointed. — The unit is very heavy; it broke my shower head a few days ago by pulling it down and cracking it under the pressure overnight, and I had to pay my apartment complex to replace it. Additionally, after the first few weeks I noticed that the unit was only cleaning the front part of my shower and leaving the back half mildewy and slimy. The Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner is not perfect. If your shower is dirty and full of water spots, mildew, etc., this product is not going to magically clean your shower. You'll still need a bit of elbow grease to get to the far corners and really dirty areas. But if you start with a clean shower, this product is great! — — The automatic cleaner keeps the shower clean longer and cuts down on cleaning time. I tell everyone about this product. I love it. I have a shower stall, but a big one at that like double the normal size. I just push  button and let it go to town. Several weeks ago I had started to notice some mildew around the sealant at the bottom of the tub. I have been using the product for almost two weeks now and the mildew is almost gone. It is definately lighter. I can also see out of my clear shower curtain, as all the water spots ar gone. I love this product and for me and what I expect it works great. I don't really like the Automatic Shower Cleaner much; in the instructions, it says to use after the last shower of the day, but we don't necessarily get showers the same time daily.  I like the smell of the cleaner, but thecleaner itself doesn't really work for me.  My shower was clean when we put it in there, but within a week and a half there was soap scum on the walls, and mildew started on the shower curtain.  I wrote the makers an email explaining the issues I was having, and their response was to send me a coupon for a free one.  I suppose if you shower at the same… read full review »

For those of us who don't have an hour a week to scrub all the scum out of our bathrooms, we have been granted a wish!  This amazing product cleanses and santizes after every use, allowing us the flexibilty of doing a major clean every 2-4 weeks.  Another highlight is that when you do go to do the super clean, it's so much easier!  Not nearly as much to clean and allows you to get it down in half the time!  This is music to my ears because cleaning the bathroom is one of my least favorite things.  For those of you that don't have one, what are you waiting for? … read full review »
