Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner —

Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner, an S.C. Johnson product, is a battery operated automatic shower cleaner that is intended to help keep your shower cleaner longer by spraying your shower walls with cleaner. Just get all of your soaps, shampoos and other items out of your shower, push the button on front to hear a warning beep, then quickly shut all shower doors beore the beeping stops. The machine sprays around the Scrubbing Bubbles Shower Cleaner about six times, then stops. The cleaner needs to be refilled when it runs out.

For the product to be affective, you must use it on a regular basis; everyday preferably and best used just after you shower, since there's water on the walls from your bathing. It's easy to use and a handy tool for those who like to make cleaning easier on themselves. Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner helps keep your shower fresher, longer. It does take up some space, if you like to hang a storage rack from your shower head, but the easiness is worth it!

On the down side, Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner may be a helpful aid, but it in NO WAY replaces the need for a good scrubbing every week, or every other week, depending on the amount of shower/bath useage. The sprayer doesn't reach as far as the commercial states it does and the cleaner doesn't flow down as far to get the crevases and the tub well. You have to clean out any hair, which you should do to avoid clogging the drain, anyhow. The scent isn't the most pleasant, but it does smell clean.

If you're someone who doesn't clean regularly enough, I highly suggest Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner for you. If you're someone who hasn't cleaned your tub in months, be sure to give it a good scrub before you maintain with this product. If you're someone who does clean their shower regularly but likes to make things easier, the automatic shower cleaner might be for you. If you're a "Danny Tanner" about cleaning, this product maybe disappointing for you.

You can find the Scrubbing Bubbles Automatic Shower Cleaner system for $19.99 at most stores, with the refills being about $7.49 to $9.49, depending on where you go. There's coupons in the recent Smart Source or Redplum Coupon booklet and/or get coupons from automaticshowercleaner.com for their $5 off coupon.

Use one of those mold preventive plastic shower curtain protector and line the inside o the tub with the plastic. I've used it in a curtained shower, and it doesn't squirt out at all.

I thought this would be ideal for people who have the glass showers but how would it work if one "wall" is actually the shower curtain? I don't ever take a shower so I just scrub my tub every Saturday. Oops that didn't sound right. I don't take showers--I take baths. ~Gigi
