I just don't get it.  I see good reports about this Miracle Gro Moisture Control soil and I know Miracle Gro has a great reputation but....I have used this soil and the regular Miracle Gro soil and all my plants I use it on die a slow death.  I have maybe 150 plants in my house for over 30 years so... review »

One of the things that has annoyed me terribly over the years is that mid summer konk.

You know, the plants are doing well and then all of a sudden the lack of water and intense heat wilt and squelch the plants until they become straggly pitiful and sometimes dead.

That all changed when we discovered Miracle Grow Moisture Control Potting Mix. The plants start out well, move along strongly and then end up leafy, bright and healthy- even through heat and drought.

Now, we do have to keep them well watered, but the extra boost of the moisture control AND fertilizer has turned my deck flower boxes into... review »

I am loving this product. I have had a garden for about a year now. It has had it's ups and downs. I live in South Florida. We have our dry season and our rainy season.  This product keeps my plants looking healthy during and between the seasons.  It is hard to measure the amount of water each plant needs when it rains speratically throughout the day.  With the moisture control I know that my plants are safe.  The soil releases just the right amount of water each plant needs to survive and be healthy. Wow! It Really Works

I tried Scotts Miracle-Gro Moisture Control Potting Mix for the first time this year. WOW!  This product really works!  I live in an apartment and potted several plants to put on my deck using this product. The main reason I wanted to try this product is because having to drag a sprinkling can back and forth from the kitchen sink is a real pain not to mention dripping water on the carpeting.  I hoped this soil mix would cut back on those trips.  It sure did. Miracle Grow Moisture Control Potting Mix does exactly what the name implies.  It holds the water until the plants need it and then releases just the right amount.  I love this stuff because it keeps even moisture in the soil which most plants love. I have worked in the plant industry for the last 20+ years, and I can tell you that.  Unless you are growing cacti this is the stuff for containers.  Everyone knows how quickly a container dries out, especially in the heat of summer.  With this you water less frequently and still get amazing plants.  Its not a personal gardener though, you do... review »

Miracle Grow Moistrure control is an almost foolproof product.  For the beginner or avid gardener!  I love this product,  it is useful for almost any container plant.
