The BEST lawn fertilizer available!

By

Comments about Scotts 51115 Scotts 15m Weed & Feed Fertilizer:

If you have been gardening for any length of time and maintain a lawn, you will quickly discover that Scotts makes THE BEST garden and lawn fertilizer available.  Yes, Scotts may be a bit more expensive compared to their competitors, but you really do get what you pay for.  For one, Scotts encapsulates their fertilizer pellets with a little bit of all the listed ingredients.  Most other fertilizers have one grain of phosphorus or a grain a weed killer separately in a bag, which gives uneven coverage on your lawn.  When you spread this fertilizer, especially after using cheaper weed 'n feed lawn fertilizers, you will see a noticable difference in a couple weeks.  I realize in different areas of the country some weed killer formulations may not tackle the local tough, undesirable green you have growing, but look for the Scotts for your area at your local home and garden store.  For me, this formulation works just right and I have always been pleased with the results.  Three cheers for Scotts!

lacking the oomph needed to kill the weeds

By

Comments about Scotts 51115 Scotts 15m Weed & Feed Fertilizer:

I have clover, dandelions and I don't know what else in my grass.  This says 1 installation should do the trick well I ended up putting it on 2 times, and then in certain areas before the dandelions finally gave up the fight and died.  Stuff is too costly to have to be using this much!
