    free trades for giving referal, Have offices everywhere, $7 flat rate per trade, good stock reports, $500 min to start, Real time streaming quotes, User friendly, easy to navigate

Scottrade — 

The guy helped me opened an account fast, asked the right questions, explained the process of placing a stock, and picked up the phone immediatly whenever I call him.
