practical, Every day computer user, expecting good, fair service, married, value conscious
Pros

    User friendly, easy to navigate, $7 flat rate per trade, $500 min to start, Real time streaming quotes

Cons
    none this site is great

I have been with Scottrade for 5 years now and have NEVER had a problem with them. The few times that I had to call customer service (in my local area office), they were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The streaming quotes tool is great, works flawlessly. And they pay interest on any cash sitting between investments.
