I normally buy Puffs brand tissues, but since the store I went to didn't have any, I decided to try Scotties brand. They do the job, but the problem is, they're not that soft. When I had a cold, I used Scotties, which is better than using toilet tissue because toilet tissue leaves a rash under my nose, but the Scotties left a little rash under my nose, too. I would recommend these tissues for occasional use, like just blowing your nose. For use that will last longer than a day, I suggest a softer tissue.

I normally only buy Puffs brand facial tissue.  My favorite is [Puffs Ultra Soft & Strong][1] , but when I went shopping, they were out of it, and I didn't want Puffs with Lotion, so I decided to try a new brand, Scotties.  I've never used them before, so I decided to give them a shot since they were cheaper than Kleenex. Before I even opened the package, I liked what the outside of the box said: "We plant 3 trees for every 1 we use".  I'm pretty eco-friendly, so that statement was part of the reason why I chose this brand to start with.  Another reason was that "Our Softest Ever" was printed on the label.  I had a feeling that I wasn't going to like **Scotties 2-Ply White Unscented Facial Tissue **very much when I pulled the first tissue out of the box.  Unlike my Puffs tissue, this tissue didn't feel very thick or soft, let alone "softest ever".  Although this tissue isn't as rough as that 1-ply toilet paper cheap places use for the public, it wasn't very soft, especially for a 2-ply.  It also felt very thin, but as it turns out, it only feels thin, it doesn't perform like a thin tissue. What I really like about this tissue is that it has almost no lint whatsoever.  When you blow your nose, there aren't any white tissue particals flying around like some brands have.  Although this tissue is stronger than it appears, it still isn't very soft.  For that reason, I give it 3 stars.   [1]: http://www.viewpoints.com/Puffs-Ultra-Soft-amp-Strong-Tissue-review-87673
