I have had pets all my life which is presently a half a century, so I have tried the litters! From clay goo to green pellets, crystals and whatever else the market has been saturated in. I stopped once I tried Scoop Away Fresh Scent Cat Litter. It's the cat's meow. I have had house guests ask me what potpourrie I used, and I laughed, grinned, and said, Scoop Away Fresh Scent Cat Litter. The reactions were priceless! I love it, it smells good, it clumpos nicely, masks and minimizes odors, is easy to clean, lasts a long time, and my finnicky cat, which runs helter skelter from her box after dropping...
review »I have three cats with one that is a diabetic. Being on insulin, my one cat urinates a lake (I swear a fish could swim in it if possible). Finding a litter that holds tight, doesn't stick the litter box, and locks odors is hard to find.
I have tried Scoop Away and it does work nicely. However, the litter sometimes doesn't hold clumps, especially large ones and it is dusty when you pour it into a litter box. It doesn't stick as bad as some brands to the box, but it still sticks at times.
It does help minimize strong urine scents. However, when used for more than week or so, the litter box does...
review »This is THE best cat litter available on the market today. It clumps easy, smells fresh, and keeps the litter odor free (provided you scoop as needed). I have 8 indoor cats using 6 litter pans and I have no complaints...well, maybe one-that they stopped the Paw Points Program!!! :-(
I would recommend this for a single or a multi-cat household. Oh, and if you have dogs that like to go pan-diving, you may want to keep them away from it...litter isn't for consumption-dog or otherwise. :-)
I have used a lot of different cat litters in the 5 years of owning cats. The only one that I have found that works the best is Scoop Away Fresh Scent Cat Litter. I love the way it takes away the smell of the cat litter and replaces it with the fresh scent. The scent I enjoy is the Lavender. I think its really cool how while I am cleaning out the litter box, the cat litter smells like lavender instead of the cat litter smell it usually has. Im sticking with Scoop Away Fresh Scent Cat Litter!
I did use tidy cat but the problem was it didn't help with odor control. I love fresh step but for the 30lbs tub it can be expensive and you hardly get coupons so I chose scoop away and I love the scent when the cat scratchs the litter or by sifting it around. It really helps with odor control and it clumps nicely they don't crumble or break apart. Scoop away is quickly winning me over beware Fresh step
by the way I have three cats
Scoop away fresh scent is best ever, less dust ,and if you are a cat owner you
know how the litter box can smell at times but wwith this no worries about having guest
over you don't have to worry about them walking in your house and sniffing the air as they walk by , . I tried several different brands over the years and this is the best!!!
I used the Scoop Away Fresh Scent Cat Litter and it didn't track like other litters that I used, It stayed in the box and not on the floor. Of course I have cats who kick it out a little bit, but that is easy to clean up. It also clumps very well. I was able to use my self scooping litter box and it didn't leave anything behind.
Google clumping litter dangers and read just some of the articles!!! You'll be done with clumping litters so fast that those useless companies will be gone in a matter of days.
