I use my Schwinn Airdyne every other day as I go to Curves on the other days. I enjoy the fact that while you peddle air blows from the wheel like a fan keeping you cool. There is a place to put a book or magazine I may be reading. You can just use your arms to pump the handles or even just use your legs to peddle without needing to hold on to the handlebars, if you don't want to do both at the same time. Between Curves, walking, using my exercise bike and eating 5 small meals a day I have manages to lose a lot of weight.(under100# but over 60#).
