The Airdyne® Exercise Bike is a simply smart no frills way to get the airobic workout you need. Wind resistance is exponential, so the harder you pedal, the higher the resistance becomes so your level of airobic exercise is increased. This bike naturally provides the right workout for both a novice exerciser or an elite athlete.  You will use this!  I have an exercise area set up my garage complete with TV so I can exercise while watching my favorite shows or the BIG game.
