I have a Schwinn Airdyne Stationary Bike. I could not live without it. I love it. I am Disabled. I have Fibromyalgia, Diabetes, Diabetic Neuropathy, I use an Insulin Pump,Chronic Upper and Lower Back Pain, Hypothyroidism, Chondromalacia, Foot Pain, Leg Pain, Arm Pain, Hand Pain, Carpul Tunnel Syndrome, Depression, Scoliosis,Osteoarthritis, and Spinal Stenosis. I can't use any resistance. This bike is the only exercise I can handle without having pain. I feel invigorated and more alert after riding it. If I miss a day of riding it I can feel my depression coming on,my diabetes is not as easily manageable, and I need to sleep too much. I try to ride it every day. I only need to ride it for 10 minutes. You can adjust it to have no resistance or to have alot as if you are riding up hill. I have had mine for nearly 19 years. I have never had to have any work done to it. It will blow cool air on your face to keep you from getting too hot or you can attach the cover over the front wheel to block the air. It is easy to move with the two front small wheels, just lean it forward and roll. I can move it by myself. I divorced and made sure I go the Airdyne. This is my link to sanity. My 11 year old loves to ride it on rainy days. My ex-husband rode it regularly and actually changed the look of his body. I would buy this again. However, I believe this will outlast me.
