LOUSY Service from Schwan's Home Delivery!

    poor delivery service, inconsistant service, No customer appreciation, customer service has NO clue, Schwan's does not value their customers, Schwan's blows off customers, Prices higher than grocery store

Schwan's Home Delivery — 

On August 4, 2009 I placed an internet order with Schwan's home delivery service, thus setting up a bi-weekly delivery service.  I signed up with a new customer promotion, allowing me $10 in free products.   They will not even give an approximate time for delivery, so I waited at my home ALL day on August 7, 2009, the delivery date given.  By 3pm I had not received my delivery, so I called just to be sure I was still going to actually see the delivery person that day, as promised.  The gentleman I spoke with assured me that I would receive my delivery, and they may deliver as late as 10pm.  At 10:15pm, I gave up on Schwan's and went to bed.  This morning I called, only to be told that something must have happened, and maybe I was put on the wrong route.  'Why didn't I receive a call', I asked, and she was unable to supply an answer.  So truly, Schwan's blew me off.  Schwan's made me wait a FULL day...8am until 10pm, never leaving the house, just sitting here waiting for a delivery which did not come.  Shame on Schwan's for treating their customer's with such blatant disrespect, and in essence telling me that there is ZERO value in my time.  I must sit and wait, and then they can just blow me off without a thought or a telephone call.  This is an awful way to treat a customer, much less a NEW customer!  Truthfully, I don't have a clue whether they have decent products such as the one's I ordered, because I never even received the product to try.  This review would have gone much differently if Schwan's had chosen to treat a customer with the respect I deserve.

Here is a comment I received from an obvious Schwan's employee on 10/14/09: 

"i too wouldn't deliver to a snot nosed cry baby who has nothing to do all day long but wait for their food and then complain. get a life, a hobby, who wastes a day like you did? losers don't deserve respect. but I do !"

 I'd say as a customer, I deserve the utmost respect...you?  I spoke the truth, yet someone could not handle the truth.
