Although this was a tv stand that was a bit pricier than what I wanted to pay, after my initial hesitation I am glad this is the model that I chose. I love the way that the stand looks sitting in my living room. It doesn't look cheap or out of place. Rather it adds a deep level of sophistication that I certainly appreciate. The stand is made of dark cherry wood and it can easily fit in with any kind of decor that you already have in your home. Back to the stand: it is lovely, as I mentioned. You can place any size TV in the stand without worry. Underneath there is storage places so you can easily sit a video game system, DVD player and DVDs, etc. underneath. Each side of the stand has two glass door compartments to hold more of your entertainment items. I really love the knob on these glass doors. It is really modern and adds a statement to the piece. The stand is spacious and holds a lot of stuff, but it does not take up a whole lot of space. It is very versatile, durable and a great addition for my living room.
