Saucony - Saucony Grid Fastwitch 3 Review

The Saucony Grid Fastwitch 3 running shoe is my new best friend when it comes to running.  This shoe is the perfect for the 5Ks I run during the summer and for the outdoor workouts I do year long. The air-mesh upper part of the shoe has a supportive overlay that creates a lightweight and breathable shoe. The advanced EVA blend maximizes rebound and durability which helps reduce the abuse my feet get from running on pavement and concrete.  Even better is that the color combination is awesome and I will admit it helps motivate me to put them on and to get outside and run!

Another plus is that you can wear these when you bring your workout inside to the gym so it gets rid of the need for two pairs of workout shoes. 

I was told by the sales associate at Running Away Multisport where I purchased the shoe that I may need to replace these sooner than I did my last pair but I had those babies for over two years which is about a year and half too long!

Overall I love this shoe!
