I bought my Saturn with a little less than 50 000 miles. After driving it for a year, I heard a funny noise coming somewhere from under the engine. It sounded like a tough plastic tearing apart. I drove the car into Saturn of Riverdale where I had purchased it. Since the car was paid up, I thought they would not care because they were no longer making money on the transaction.

That was not the case. The technical department gave me keys to a brand new car and said I could go run errands and call them the next day around noon because they said they were busy. "Just make sure you refill the tank...

the 1998 Saturn sl2 rocks! it is a very dependable vehicle. i drove this vehicle through everything. in the winter snow, it will stop on a dime! the saturn is excellent on gasoline. the saturn will last forever! I was able to teach my girlfriend how to drive with it and it is a 5-speed manual transmission! that is amazing!  The only thing i had to put in it was gasoline and oil. I have had many makes and models of vehicles, but this one is, bar far, the most reliable, dependable, excellent car for your money!!!

I bougt my 1998 car in 2003. Since then, in the 5 years I've had it, the only work I've had to put into it is a new transmission fluid filter, which cost me about $70. (I've had brakes and tires and oil changes, but the car has only broken down once-- when the filter broke and let all my transmission fluid left my car.)

This is my second of three Saturns. Over 189,000 miles and still running great! The only problem I have with these cars is that the interior doesn't last as long as the enginge and transmission. I have become a deicated Saturn lover even so. I wrecked my first Saturn in my first accident and everyone from the sheriff to the medics were amazed that we walked away without a scratch. Upside down after flipping and rolling at over 60 mph and landing in the ditch. The only injury in the accident was the bump on my head from my wife's roller skates. AWESOME!

I bought my 1st Saturn(1999 modle) with a little less than 50 000 miles. After having it for 2 years, it was wrecked & totaled. When we started looking for a new car Saturn was the 1st place we went. As always there customer service is amazing no hassling or chasing you around the lot they just let you look & let you know if you need anything where they'll be. I don't know about you but I hate car shopping more than anything because of how sales people normally hound you. But not at Saturn they truly want you want you to be comfortable in shopping for a car.  I have become a deicated Saturn lover....
