Sassy MAM Bottles Review Summary

Similar to the Playtex VentAir Bottles, Sassy MAM Baby Bottles have a removable bottom as part of the unique venting system. Reviewers state that “the shape of the nipple and the venting system seems to work well,” which means baby swallows less air leading to less tummy upsets. The removable bottom in the Sassy MAM Bottles makes for easy cleaning although it can be “hard to screw all the pieces together” when it comes to putting them back together. Some reviewers have said that these bottles leak on occasion, which is about the only negative thing expressed. Sassy MAM Baby Bottles are available in a variety of bright colors (although the “boy” colors are more difficult to find) and are made with polypropylene making them BPA-Free. Our reviewers note that the Sassy MAM Bottles are some of the most inexpensive BPA-Free baby bottles available on the market. These are the only bottles I could get my son to take. I also love that they are BPA free. The nipple of the bottle is great for breast fed babies that are trying to transition to the bottle because they put their mouth around it just like they do the breast. I am a HUGE fan of these bottles and they...

I have been using these bottles since my baby was one week old. My baby really likes these bottles. These bottles come in pretty colors, colors such as pink, yellow, blue, and green. These bottles  are hard to find so I had to order them from target.com, they are also found on sassys website and amazon.... read full review »

Before my little one was drinking out of Advent. When she would rink she would alwasy spit up. Not only that , but some of the bottles would leak. With the MAMS there is no spit uo and they don't leak at. Plus they are bright colors, which she loves.

While I was pregnant I was obbessed with having my baby drink from an Avent or Platex Ventair bottle.  When my son was finally born I had so many of those bottles because it is what I had on my baby registry. BIG MISTAKE!!!  I went to BabiesRUs desperate to find a bottle that will not spill all over my son and that it reduced his gas.  After being in the store for atleast two hours I decided to purchase the MAM bottle. WOW it really works.  I am so happy with the bottle that I promote it like I own stocks in the company.  The best decision I made for my son thus far.

After trying many bottles there are our favorites and our son's favorite. He likes the shape of the nipple and the venting system seems to work well. On the downside, they can leak if the bottom or the top are not screwed on right. And they are BPA free. Although I don't know that the studies currently available really show a danger, my conscience wouldn't let my son drink out of a bottle that may cause him harm down the road.

Our daughter had a tough time latching on to the bottles we were using.  Feeding time became very hard.  We researched and found these bottles, and she is a happy baby.

I bought these bottles after I heard about the BPA controversy. These bottles are made of polypropylene and are therfore BPA-free. I have been using them for a few months and, overall, they are a great value (about $15 for 3 bottles). The shape of the nipples is what I like best, baby does not swallow much air with them. I also like that you can disassemble the bottim of the bottle, whick leave you with a cylinder that is so easy to clean. My main complaint is that it is sometimes hard to screw all the pieces together, so it is easy to find yourself with a leaking bottle. Overall, though, I think... read full review »

These MaM bottles are the only ones I could get my son to use. (We had to have the thing under his tounge clipped.) The nipples are just like the paci. They have a bunch of parts, but once you get useed to putting them together they are worth it.  They are also BPA free. They were hard to find (getting Easier now that I no longer need them). The different sizes of nipples are even harder to find.

i was very worried about the BPA. and i was worried about my son being colicky and having ear infections. so far i haven't had any problems. the only time it's leaked is if my husband hasn't made the nipple go all the way through or didn't match the thread. but other then that i haven't had any probems whatsoever! great product, and will definitely use again when we have another baby!

We tried the MAM bottles after all of the BPA information started being released.  They are the best fit for our budget.  If you don't get the white insert in correctly, the bottles leak like a sieve, but otherwise, they are great.  (Although the boy colors are much harder to find than girls!)

After doing some research for baby bottles for when I am not nursing, I found that these are the safest.  I love these bottles and my babies loved them.  I like that they are BPA safe as well.  The ounces are not common with other bottles so they hold a little bit more.

I bought these bottles before my son was born, knowing they were BPA free.  The other reasons we like the Sassy MAM bottles are because they lesson air he gets, and the nipple is close to what he is used to when he is nursing.

Although I'd like to recommend these, my daughter was later diagnosed with Leukemia.  I'm not saying that it was due to these bottles or plastic bottles but I do NOW know that glass bottles are way better for a babies health.  When dealing with your precious baby, you want the safest right?  Go with glass.  Yes, you might have to be more careful as not to drop them but if you do enough research you will not put a plastic bottle in your babies mouth.  Please look into it.
