I wasted my money on the Wellness Ergonomic Memory foam pillow. It says "comfort and support" but it does not state that the comfort and support is only for 5 minutes and not all night. The 3.5 inch loft support does not stay and after 5 minutes it sinks to a flat pillow which causes more neck problems then I had before going to bed. A rolled up towel is better then this pillow. I am very sorry that I bought it and it has now become a filler for a sham pillow case that just sits on the bed and not used. What a joke this pillow was.
