The Sara Lee Whole Grain white bead is a great buy when on sale for $2/ bag.  It provides the same soft, wonderful texture of white breads that the kids love for lunch, which it includes a small bit of extra thickness and the important whole grains/ increased fiber for them.

In addition, I love white bread but refuse to buy it anymnore because of the lack of fiber and "empty calories". Sara Lee soft & smooth is my family's favorite new white bread.  It has a great texture, flavor, and doesn't tear easily like other breads.  They use quality ingredients in this product and it is good for you.  You can put peanut butter & jelly on this bread and it doesn't tear.  This saves me alot of time and agravation that I previously had using other brands of bread.  I used to only buy store brand breads that only lasted about 4 days after purchased, not wasting my money on those anymore. 

Our local Walgreens store normally has this product 2 for $3 (about the same price as store brand...

Sara Lee Soft and Smooth White Bread is a very delicious bread that my kids, my husband and I really enjoy eating. Each slice is a delight to eat. Yes, even the crust. My kids enjoy it.

I enjoy it most for making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Unlike other whitebread, I can spread the peanut butter, or almond butter or what ever kind of butter on a slice of this bread and it will not break or tear. The bread also does not stale very easily. It stays and tastes fresh for days. 

I'm not at all surprised by the quality of this bread. Sara Lee tends to make very good and inexpensive products....

At one time I only bought the cheap brands of bread, my husband decided to buy sara lee soft and smooth bread to try it out. When I used the first piece of bread as soon as I took it out of the package I could tell a difference. It was thicker and fresher. The taste was so much better than the cheap kind. Sara Lee stays fresher twice as long. Now, we spend the extra 25 cents on bread and enjoy it more than ever! Try once and you wont stop!

This bread is loved by my entire family.  Unlike other wheat breads, you can barely tell that this is a wheat bread.  Great taste, smooth bread.
