Pros

    I love pink!, Love the quality of pictures, Rarely have dropped calls, Menus are easy to read

Cons
    It rings to low even on loudest settings

I've had about 6 different phones over the past couple of years and so far this one is my favorite.  The picture quality is awesome.  I've dropped my phone a million times and it's never missed a beat.  The main drawback to this phone though is the volume of the ringer.  Even on the highest setting the phone isn't that loud.  If you download a ringer the volume is even softer than the ones that come built in.  But overall, it's an excellent phone.
