Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker Review

The Santa Fe Quesadilla Maker is in one word, awesome!

 I received this 6 years ago as a wedding gift and today was the first time I used it.  I know that's bad, isn't it?

I'm not a cook by any means.  I can cook, follow a recipe if I have to but I dislike cooking.  When I say dislike, I am understating it.  I loathe cooking. My husband is the cook in our house, thank God for him.

I don't cook but I love to eat.  Bad combo.  My family tends to eat out about twice a week.  Wherever we go, If they have them, I order quesadillas.  I love Quesadillas.   I was craving quesadillas today and my husband had some chicken thawed so I asked, "Whatever happened to that quesadilla maker we got for our wedding?"  He went on a search and found it...still new. :)

He whipped up some quesadillas in minutes! First, he had to cook his chicken and vegetables.  Place a tortilla in the quesadilla maker, add chicken and veggies, place another tortilla on top and close the lid.  In less than 5 minutes, he had a quesadilla that puts Don Pablo's to shame!  It was delicious.  Not too crispy or burnt.

It was fast and easy and there was no clean up required.  It all stayed in the tortilla.  I am disappointed in myself for not using this quesadilla maker for the last 6 years but I can guarantee it will be used plenty in the next 6 years.
