There isn't really much to say about this product, it works well and gives you your full input of vitamins in a single pill. It will keep you healthy and ensure that you are giving your body everything that it needs to function well. The vitamins come in different sizes ranging from 30 to 60 to 90 tablets.

They are yellow and rugby ball shaped.

It is always best to buy slightly more expensive vitamins as they have a chemical in them to allow the body to absorb them. Cheaper vitamins don't have this and the vitamins pool in the stomach and dont get absorbed.
