SanDisk - e280 8GB MP3 Player Review

I am not computer illiterate. Most of the time I can hold my own ... but I am GenX and we are just not as up to date on all things technical like this younger generation. (My goodness, I think they must start learning this stuff in Kindergarten!)

Recently, I started thinking that I would like to have a MP3 player.  I sure don't want to be like one of those kids that has an Ipod  glued to one ear and a cell phone glued to the other, but I was starting to think that it would have its advantages.

I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted an MP3 player that had an FM tuner and could record from FM and also record voice.  I bought a Aim 2GB player that I thought was going to be exactly what I wanted ... but it was so complicated. I would have never figured that out in a million years! (I returned it)

So I went on askville.com to see if someone could recommend a player that was EASY as well as have the features I wanted. I only got one response and they  told me to get an Ipod (even though that doesn't have an FM tuner or record voice!)

Then I was looking at Overstock.com and I found it! $86 (nearly half price) for a refurbished Sansa e280 8GB MP3 player with FM tuner and voice record. (The refurbished comes with headphones and charger as well as instillation cd) It came this morning  and I already have 60 songs on it.  I have it completely figured it out. It is so easy! (and it has every feature I wanted and more!) To say I LOVE this device would be an understatement. This is one of the best things I have ever bought.
