I had a 30 gigabyte iPod for the LONGEST time. In fact, I was one of the first people to have one, I'd say. Back when iPod's were chunky and not cheap. I got another one after that. I had 7,000 songs on there on a regular basis and I listened to about 200, tops, at a time. Also, the battery died before the end of my work day (when the mp3 player was only 2 years old, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous). My boyfriend suggested the much more compact and CHEAPER Sansa family to me and boy am I glad! They picture is just as amazing, you can still put videos and pictures on there, the sounds is great, and you can add more space to your Sansa if you need it through the use of a compact SD memory card. It doesn't require special software for your computer like itunes for an ipod does, plus you can listen to the radio through your Sansa and even make your own voice recordings. I am in love with this. Oh, did I mention the battery life is TWENTY FOUR HOURS?? I NEVER had that with an iPod. These are so cheap (for an mp3 player), so durable, and so awesome. I suggest this today. GO BUY ONE!
